Alphabiz - BTS Official Tour T-Shirts Fully Refunded Over Quality Issues

[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Official merchandise T-shirts from BTS will be fully refunded following the discovery of quality issues.

On April 7, BigHit Music announced via social media that a defect had been identified in the “[Global Limited] S/S T-shirt (Charcoal)” from BTS’s world tour “Arirang.” The company stated that sales of the product have been immediately suspended.

The item has also been removed from on-site sales, including official pop-up stores and concert venues for the “Arirang in Goyang” performances.

BigHit Music explained that the issue originated during the manufacturing process and confirmed that all customers who purchased the product—both online and offline—will receive full refunds without the need to return the item.

Details regarding the refund process and schedule will be announced separately once finalized.

The company added that it is currently working with the manufacturer to identify the exact cause of the issue and will strengthen quality control procedures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
