[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Ottogi will cut cooking oil prices in part starting next month.

On the 29th, Ottogi official said, "We decided to lower cooking oil prices by 5% on average from April."

On this day, Song Mi-ryeong, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, visited the Ottogi Poseung Factory, which produces cooking oil.

Minister Song visited the Poseung plant to listen to Ottogi's suggestions, which have recently endured the burden of rising manufacturing costs.
