[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Mesh Korea, which operates the delivery agency platform 'VROONG', has virtually completed the sale to Korea Yakult (Hy).
Mesh Korea held an extraordinary shareholders' meeting and approved a revision to the articles of association to increase the total number of shares issued from 20 million to 30 million.
As a result, a third-allocation paid-in capital increase worth 80 billion won has become possible. After the paid-in capital increase, Hy will become the largest shareholder with a 66.7% stake in Mesh Korea.
In addition, former CEO Yoo Jung-beom's dismissal of in-house directors and Yoo Han-sung's dismissal of auditors have been passed.
Chae Yoon-seo, director of Hy Investment Management, was appointed as the new in-house director, Song Ok-hyun, outside director of Hy Motors, and Byun Kyung-koo, head of Hy Investment Management Division, as the new auditor.
"As the company has been rapidly on track for a month, we will focus on achieving our original goal of turning into a surplus," said Kim Hyung-seol, CEO of Mesh Korea.
