The head of Samuel Rhee is a private digital investment platform that has attracted over $5 billion in customer funding He founded Wuers and is expected to be able to carry out independent activities based on his expertise in tech and finance, including investing in Naver at Morgan Stanley.

Naver also changed its articles of association to finalize the base date for confirming shareholders to receive dividends by future board resolutions and announce them two weeks in advance to enhance the possibility of predicting shareholders' dividends.
