[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] Prosecutors arrested SPC Group Chairman Huh Young-in on the 2nd. Paris baguette bakers were accused of ordering them to leave the union. If an arrest warrant is issued, the prosecution must seek or release the arrest warrant within 48 hours.

The prosecution is admitted to have been ordered by Chairman Heo Young-in and has refused to comply with the summons several times. On the other hand, Heo's side has never ordered or avoided prosecution investigations.

The prosecution was able to arrest Chairman Huh in a surprise move because it arrested SPC CEO Hwang Jae-bok. Prosecutors have sought an arrest warrant for Hwang for forcing union members to leave the union, penalizing them in promotion appointments, while bribing prosecution investigators and stealing investigation information. The court issued a warrant, saying, "There is a risk of destroying evidence."

The prosecution believes that CEO Hwang committed the crime under the direction of Chairman Huh. On the other hand, Chairman Huh says he has never ordered or received a report. During the prosecution's investigation, Hwang reportedly made a statement to the effect that he had been ordered to force him to leave the union.
