Hugel is fined 37 million won including former and current employees for violating the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Hugel announced on the 25th that he was fined 20 million won by the Chuncheon District Court last year for being indicted by the prosecution on charges of violating the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.

He also explained that two former and incumbent executives and employees were fined 17 million won.

The company said it would respond through a legal representative.
