Com2uS (CEO Song Jae-joon) has been making aggressive investments such as strengthening the global competitiveness of the game business, acquiring media content affiliates, and establishing a joint venture Com2bus specializing in Metaverse.
As a result, Com2uS' goal was to expand its appearance to the highest sales last year and to show improvement in profits this year.
CEO Song Jae-joon said in a conference call, "This year, we will be able to reap the fruits of our new businesses based on solid growth in the game business and investment until last year," adding, "(although we do not provide performance guidance), we believe that we will be able to achieve 1 trillion won in sales and more than 10% of profits in 2023 as it is expected to grow more than 30% compared to the previous year."
FnGuide predicted Com2uS' sales this year to be 836.3 billion won and operating profit to be 39.5 billion won.
If the company achieves a sales target of more than 1 trillion won, higher than the expected estimate, as planned by Com2uS, it is expected to reflect a significant portion of its sales growth in profits and fully expect more than 100 billion won in operating profit.
