[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] HDC Hyundai Development announced on November 28 that it has signed a contract with Paju Medical Cluster for the construction of residential apartments under the "Paju Medical Cluster Development Project, 2BL Apartment Construction."
The contract value amounts to approximately 1.035 trillion KRW, which represents 24.7% of the company's 2023 revenue.
The project duration is set for 35 months from the actual start date of construction.
