[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Naver Café has experienced access difficulties following President Yoon Suk-yeol’s emergency declaration of martial law.

According to the ICT industry on December 3, users began encountering issues accessing Naver Café via mobile devices starting around 11 PM. While web access remains functional, users cannot post comments. A notice states that "comments on posts will only be readable during the maintenance period, which is expected to last until 1 AM on December 4."

The Naver Café service team announced in a notice, "We are currently investigating and resolving issues affecting access to individual cafés on the Naver Café app."

Daum Café also reportedly experienced connectivity issues; however, no specific errors have been identified yet.

Earlier in the evening, Naver News comments were also temporarily disabled, though the service has since been restored.
