[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] The Shared Growth Committee and DL E&C signed an 'autonomous agreement to resolve polarization' with their partner SMEs on the 22nd.
The autonomous agreement to resolve polarization will be implemented in a form in which large companies participating in the agreement voluntarily select and implement win-win models that meet corporate size and industry characteristics in order to solve the problem of polarization between large and small companies.
According to the agreement, DL E&C will run a partner support program worth 114.5 billion won over the next three years.
Through this agreement, DL E&C strives to comply with the three principles of proper payment in cooperative transactions such as subcontracting, consignment, delivery, and service. Where supply costs change in subcontracting transactions, mutual consultation and coordination shall be carried out in accordance with the application for mediation by the partner company.
In addition, the government will introduce a win-win cooperation model that meets the characteristics of the construction industry to resolve polarization between large and medium-sized companies by paying incentives to cooperative small and medium-sized companies, developing joint technology, supporting bond trust fees, and creating shared growth funds.
Cooperative small and medium-sized enterprises strive to strengthen innovation efforts such as △ R & D and productivity △ improve the quality of products and services and enhance price competitiveness △ to improve working conditions and expand new employment for executives and employees.
The Commission for Corporate Partnership will actively cooperate with DL E&C in setting the stage for technology and purchase counseling so that polarization can be resolved and shared growth activities of cooperative small and medium-sized enterprises can be implemented smoothly, and support the creation and promotion of best practices.
