[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Kyochon F&B, operator of Kyochon Chicken, announced changes to its boneless chicken lineup. The company recently reduced the pre-cooking weight of 14 boneless menu items from 700g to 500g, citing the need to improve franchisees’ profitability.

In addition, the meat composition has been adjusted. While the menus previously used only chicken thigh meat, they will now include a mix of thigh and breast meat.

The changes apply to a total of 14 items, including popular existing menus such as Soy Garlic Boneless and Red Boneless, as well as 10 newly launched products including Honey Garlic Boneless.
