[Apha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Dragonfly announced on the 29th that it will participate in the G-STAR (G-Star) B2B Pavilion to expand its game business.

G-Star is the largest game exhibition in Korea to be held at BEXCO in Busan from November 16 to 19. According to the G-Star Organizing Committee, the auxiliary event "G-CON" will cover lectures by star developers representing the game industry and key topics that penetrate the current game industry such as AI (Artificial Intelligence), remake and IP (Intellectual Property).

Dragonfly, known for its "Special Force" IP, has officially decided to participate in G-Star four years after 2019. In 2019, G-Star last participated in VR (Virtual Reality) e-sports competitions and games. We plan to continue our business between companies by introducing games scheduled to be released in the second half of the year through booths. It will also introduce the game-type DTx (digital therapy device) Guardians DTx’, which is being promoted as a new business by investing and discussing various content production businesses using IP businesses as well as games.

Dragonfly has been focusing on PC games in the genre of "Special Force" FPS (first-person shooting), which has been its cash cow. Now, it is a strategy to move away from the FPS and start developing a new genre of games and find ways to improve through diversification of games and IP businesses. We plan to increase the convenience of users by developing mobile versions of games as well as PC games.
