[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] Nexen Tire announced on Monday that it will supply original equipment (OE) tires for Hyundai Motor’s flagship SUV, The All-New Palisade. This marks the first time Nexen Tire has been selected as an OE tire supplier for the Palisade.
The supplied tire, N’FERA Supreme S, is an all-season tire designed for high-performance and premium vehicles, offering both superior driving performance and ride comfort.
Nexen Tire has integrated cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), to optimize ride quality and performance for a flagship SUV. In particular, AI-driven big data analysis has been utilized to develop a low-noise tread pattern, effectively reducing road noise and vibrations for a quieter and more comfortable driving experience.
Additionally, the tire features advanced load distribution technology and a 4D compound to enhance grip and improve driving performance. These innovations ensure exceptional stability during long-distance and high-speed driving while minimizing driver fatigue.
Furthermore, pattern shape retention technology allows the tread design to maintain its form even after 50% wear, maximizing tire performance. The aerodynamically optimized sidewall design also reduces air resistance, improving fuel efficiency.
