[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] A negative account (limit loan) function will be added to the "Naver Pay Hana Bank Account," called the "Korean version of Apple Bankbook," starting in September. The recruitment of an additional 1 million shares is also expected to begin next month.

According to the financial sector on the 4th, Hana Bank will apply the change from Sept. 4 through a special change in Naver Pay Money Hana bankbook.

A minus bankbook is used by a user to withdraw money whenever he or she needs it within the limit set by the bank, and can be used in the form of placing a special agreement on an occasional deposit and withdrawal account.

Hana Bank has applied a special agreement to prevent the use of Naver Pay Hana Bankbook as a negative account until just before, but it will delete the information so that it can be used in the future. In other words, even if the balance is insufficient when paying a check card, it can be paid through a bank account loan.

It also decided not to offer preferential interest rates to customers who re-subscribed after termination. The account features a maximum annual preferential interest rate of 4% for a balance of 1 million won for up to one year after joining.
