The first general public release of a domestic 4.5th generation supersonic aircraft

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] The 4.5th generation domestic fighter KF-21 Boramae, equipped with a state-of-the-art fighting system, showed its prowess across the sky of Seoul.

The Korean fighter KF-21 took off from Seongnam Seoul Airport in Gyeonggi Province on the 16th. The KF-21, developed by the Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI), flew at the forefront of the Korea-U.S. aerial division. It is the first time that the KF-21 has been released to the public.

Korea's largest ADEX 2023 will open at Seoul International Airport on the 17th. The exhibition, which will be held until the 22nd, will involve 550 companies from 35 countries, including South Korea's leading defense companies such as Hanwha Group, KAI, LIG Nex1 and Hyundai Rotem.

Hanwha Aerospace will unveil the K-239 Cheonmu multi-rocket and the AS-21 Redback, which was selected as the preferred bidder for the Australian infantry combat vehicle project.

KAI will showcase a lot of new technologies and products in the future. The FA-50, which is drawing global attention for its exports to Poland and Malaysia, the Korean fighter KF-21, the MC-X, which is being developed for mass production next year, the KUH, which has localized the gearbox, and the landing attack helicopter (MAH), which is being developed as a Surion platform, will be on display.

Hyundai Rotem will unveil the first 30-ton wheeled armored vehicle currently under development.

Hyundai Rotem will also unveil the performance improvement concept model 'K2EX (K2 EXport)' for the first time.
