KG Group promotes Vice President Jeong-Hyeon Kwak to President

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Kwak Hye-eun (40), the daughter of Kwak, was promoted to vice president.

KG Group announced its executive personnel in 2024, including this information.

In the personnel reshuffle, two people, Kwak and KG Chemical Vice President Kim Jae-ik, were promoted to president.

In addition, three executives, including Kwak, KG Inicis Lee Sun-jae, and KG ICT Lee Sang-joon, were promoted to vice presidents, respectively.

Kwak Jung-hyun, the new president, served as KG Mobilians's respective CEO in 2016, became KG Chemical's CEO in 2020 and KG Steel's vice president in 2022. Currently, KG Group is the head of the management support office.

Kwak Hye-eun joined eDaily and was promoted to managing director in 2019 and 2021, respectively, and has been the respective CEO of eDaily M since June last year.
