[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] KB Kookmin Bank's personnel reshuffle, the first of its kind since KB Financial Group Chairman Yang Jong-hee took office, has set itself as "stability."

KB Financial Group first chose Lee Jae-geun as the head of KB Kookmin Bank, a key affiliate.

On the 30th, KB Financial Group held a recommendation committee for affiliates and recommended Lee Jae-geun, the current president of Kookmin Bank, as the next KB Kookmin Bank candidate. The term of office is the same as that of a representative director of an affiliate within KB Financial Group for one year.

Lee is said to have the strength to pursue sophisticated growth strategies for each major business based on his abundant experience in key jobs such as sales, finance and strategies and broad knowledge of customers, markets and sales sites. It also combines field and execution-oriented communication management, horizontal leadership across generations, and stable organizational management capabilities.
