[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Kolon Mobility President Lee Kyu-ho, the eldest son of Kolon Group honorary chairman Lee Woong-ryul, was promoted to vice chairman.

Kolon Group announced on the 28th that it reorganized Kolon, a holding company, into a support and strategic division and appointed Lee Kyu-ho, CEO of Kolon Mobility, as vice chairman of Kolon's strategic division. Former Kolon CEO Ahn Byung-deok will serve as vice chairman of the support division

In addition, in 2024, the presidents and executives were appointed and a total of 37 regular executives were appointed. In the latest personnel reshuffle, Kolon Group appointed 12 of its 16 new senior secretaries, or 75 percent, in their 40s, continuing to change and innovation through generational change following last year (72 percent).

New Vice Chairman Lee Kyu-ho has reorganized Kolon Group's business portfolio in the auto distribution sector over the past three years and successfully launched Kolon Mobility Group as an independent corporation this year. Recently, we launched the '702' brand, which encompasses Kolon's mobility services, and launched a new business.
