The lifetime employee card is provided by Hyundai Motor Company to retirees who have worked for more than 25 years, and they can receive a 25% discount on the purchase of a new car every two years after retirement. If the list price is 40 million won, you can buy it for 10 million won cheaply.

 

The union said, "Since last year's collective bargaining, two rounds of main negotiations and four rounds of working-level negotiations have also discussed related to lifelong employee cards, but the management has not been able to suggest a direction." did.

In addition to lifelong employee ID cards, the separate demands presented by the Hyundai Mobis union included ▲expansion of income tax on vehicle purchases ▲special incentives and incentives like those of Hyundai Motor Company. The basic wage demands included a basic salary increase of 184,900 won, a performance bonus of 30% of the previous year's net profit, and various allowances.
