[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin, who launched the popular girl group NewJeans, filed an injunction with the court to reinstate her as CEO of the HYBE subsidiary. However, the court dismissed her request.

The Civil Division 50 of the Seoul Central District Court (Judge Kim Sang-hoon) dismissed Min’s application against HYBE on the 29th, citing procedural deficiencies that led to the case's dismissal without a full hearing.

Previously, in April, HYBE began an audit of ADOR's management, alleging an attempted “takeover of management rights.” This led to HYBE’s proposal to dismiss Min from her role as CEO through an emergency shareholders meeting. Although Min initially succeeded in temporarily halting her removal via an earlier court injunction, HYBE ultimately restructured ADOR's board in August, formally dismissing her and appointing Executive Director Kim Joo-young as the new CEO.

In response, Min filed another injunction on September 13, requesting a new emergency shareholders meeting and her reinstatement as an internal director, but her request was dismissed.
