Celltrion to Repurchase Additional 100 Billion Won in Treasury Shares

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] Celltrion announced plans to acquire approximately 100 billion won worth of its own shares.


The company intends to repurchase a total of 537,924 shares starting from the 28th through on-market purchases.

This marks the fourth treasury stock buyback for Celltrion this year, following earlier repurchases of over 75 billion won each in March, April, and June.

With this latest acquisition, Celltrion will have repurchased approximately 1,810,600 shares in total, amounting to about 334.6 billion won for the year.
