[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] Seoul, April 24, 2025 — Prosecutors have launched a forced investigation into the management of MedicoX, a KOSDAQ-listed company, over allegations of embezzlement of corporate funds and false disclosures.

The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office announced today (April 24) that they had raided MedicoX's headquarters in Gangnam, Seoul, as well as the residences of the company’s executives.

Prosecutors are investigating allegations that the management of MedicoX embezzled company funds to invest in real estate development companies, then personally received returns from these investments, which were subsequently falsified in public disclosures.
