CJ Logistics Acquires Additional Shares in Singapore Subsidiary for 115 Billion Won

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] CJ Logistics announced on the 7th that it will acquire an additional 82,644,628 shares of its logistics subsidiary, CJ LOGISTICS ASIA PTE. in Singapore, for 115 billion won.

After the acquisition, CJ Logistics will hold a 100% stake in the subsidiary. The stock acquisition is scheduled for the 12th.

The company stated that the purpose of the share acquisition is to "redeem the subsidiary's redeemable convertible preference shares (RCPS) and secure operating capital."
