According to the Doosan Group on the 21st, Doosan Robotics will merge with Doosan Bobcat, which it will soon acquire as a subsidiary. The group has decided to transfer the 46% stake in Doosan Bobcat held by Doosan Enerbility and the remaining 54% held by general shareholders to Doosan Robotics, making it a 100% subsidiary. Following the completion of this procedure, the two companies will be merged.
