[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] SEOUL, South Korea – May 13, 2025 – Com2uS Holdings (CEO: Cheol-ho Jung) announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of 2025, reporting revenue of KRW 24.3 billion, an operating loss of KRW 3.2 billion, and a net loss of KRW 6.6 billion.

Compared to the same period last year, revenue declined by 46.9%, and the company turned to operating and net losses. However, on a quarter-over-quarter basis, revenue grew by 19.7%, and both operating and net losses were significantly reduced. On a standalone basis, revenue was KRW 19.8 billion, with an operating profit of KRW 1.9 billion—representing increases of 4.4% and 709.5% from the previous quarter, respectively.

“Standalone first-quarter revenue showed modest growth, while operating profit saw a substantial increase to KRW 1.9 billion,” said a company spokesperson. “This was driven in part by Soul Strike, which has solidified its position as our flagship title and continues to collaborate with globally recognized intellectual properties (IPs), contributing to the improvement in performance.”

Com2uS Holdings plans to drive further performance gains in the second half of the year through the launch of multiple new titles. In Q2, Soul Strike is collaborating with the globally acclaimed IP Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. The company reported that daily active users (DAUs) in Taiwan surged by 80%, indicating growing popularity in global markets. Additional collaborations with other global animation IPs are also in the pipeline to sustain long-term success.

In the second half of 2025, Com2uS Holdings aims to release five new titles. The action MMORPG ARES: Rise of Guardians, which has proven its gameplay and popularity in Korea, will be launched in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. Other titles in the pipeline include Color Sweeper, which blends Minesweeper mechanics with puzzle logic; Fatal Claw, a Metroidvania-style action RPG for PC and console; Powpop Match, targeting the puzzle game-loving North American market; and a significantly overhauled version of Zenonia, featuring enhanced graphics and gameplay.
