[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] HD Hyundai Infracore announced on the 20th that it has signed a supply contract with Saudi Arabian construction companies SAPAC and Nesma & Partners Contracting for a total of 100 units, including excavators and wheel loaders.

Under this contract, HD Hyundai Infracore will deliver 20 units of 50-ton large excavators, 40 units of 20-ton medium excavators, and 40 large wheel loaders by the end of this month.

The equipment will be used in the "Riyadh Ring Road" project, which aims to develop an outer ring road around Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, by 2027.

Amidst the global uncertainty leading to a slowdown in construction equipment demand, HD Hyundai Infracore has focused on securing orders in emerging markets from early this year, targeting key customers.

In particular, the company has concentrated its sales efforts on Riyadh, which has expanded its transportation infrastructure following the Neom City project and the hosting of the 2030 Expo.

Additionally, HD Hyundai Infracore has established an RTC (Regional Training Center) in Saudi Arabia earlier this year to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction through improved technical capabilities of service personnel in the Middle East.
