[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Kakao Mobility unveiled its robot delivery service "BRING" on the 22nd. With the launch of its own robot open application program interface (API) platform 'BRING-ON', it will commercialize robot delivery services.

'Bring' is a combination of delivery robot and Kakao Mobility's robot open API platform 'Bringon'. △Food and beverage delivery △ mail delivery in the office △ concierge service in the hotel, can be performed with one robot. By controlling the platform, it can be placed and operated directly in existing buildings that are not designed in consideration of robots such as offices, hotels, apartments, and hospitals.

Kakao Mobility has also developed a robot open API platform 'Bringon' optimized for robot delivery. Bringon can configure the service according to the customer environment without being constrained by delivery service type or robot model by linking various delivery orders and robots based on open API.

Bringon is packed with mobility technologies such as optimal allocation of artificial intelligence (AI), demand forecasting, and routing accumulated by Kakao Mobility. Complex delivery orders can be classified on the platform and allocated to each robot to minimize administrator intervention.
