As the holding company, EcoPro’s move is interpreted as a commitment to actively support EcoPro HN’s expansion into new ventures such as semiconductors and secondary battery materials.

On September 25, EcoPro announced that it would invest a total of 60.6 billion won (based on the planned issuance price) in EcoPro HN’s capital increase, securing 1,715,695 common shares.
