[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] Ki-Won Choi, Chairperson of the Happy Nanum Foundation and younger sister of SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won, has purchased an additional 3,200 shares of SK Inc. following a similar acquisition last week.

According to a disclosure filed with the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) on April 26, Choi bought a total of 3,200 shares of SK Inc. through two separate on-market transactions conducted on April 17 and 21. The total purchase amount was approximately KRW 390 million.

Earlier, Choi had acquired 3,500 shares on April 14 and 16.

With these latest purchases, Choi has bought a total of 6,700 shares of SK Inc. in four transactions this month, slightly increasing her stake from 6.65% to 6.66%.

Choi is the eldest daughter of the late SK Group Honorary Chairman Chey Jong-hyun and the sister of both Chey Tae-won, Chairman of SK Group, and Chey Jae-won, Senior Vice Chairman of SK Group.

Although she is the third-largest shareholder of SK Inc. — following Chairman Chey Tae-won (17.90%) and the National Pension Service (7.75%) — Choi does not participate in the company's management.

Since Choi's initial share purchase on April 14, SK Inc.'s stock price has risen by 9.2%, climbing from KRW 120,600 to KRW 131,700 as of April 25. This growth outpaced the KOSPI's 3.7% gain over the same period.
