The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), under the Financial Services Commission (FSC), announced on the 20th at its 20th meeting that it had resolved to impose penalties on DI Dongil (001530), including fines and the designation of external auditors for three years. Additionally, the former CEO and two former executives responsible for accounting were recommended for dismissal and also referred to prosecutors, along with the company itself.
