[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] Seoul – T’way Air announced on September 8 that it will change its corporate name to “Trinity Airways” in the first half of 2025, marking the start of a comprehensive rebranding initiative. The move aims to strengthen synergies with parent company Daemyung Sono Group through the launch of integrated products combining aviation, travel, and lodging services.

The rebranding will include a phased name change, a new aircraft livery, and the application of a refreshed brand identity across all customer touchpoints. The airline said the transformation is designed to enhance customer experiences based on safety and trust, while reinforcing the group’s unified image.

The new name “Trinity” is derived from the Latin word Trinitas, symbolizing “three becoming one to achieve completeness.” It reflects the company’s ambition to go beyond traditional air transport by integrating travel and hospitality, offering customers richer and more comprehensive experiences.

The name change also represents a starting point for greater synergy with Daemyung Sono Group, which acquired T’way Air. The two companies plan to roll out combined travel packages linking flight routes with hotels and resorts, as well as expand customer benefits through a unified membership program.
