[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Oasis Market, a company specializing in early morning grocery delivery, announced on June 18 that it “will fully respect the decisions of the creditors and the court” regarding its planned acquisition of e-commerce platform TMON.
TMON is scheduled to hold a meeting of interested parties at the Seoul Bankruptcy Court on June 20, where it will present and vote on its rehabilitation plan submitted last month. If the plan is approved by the required parties, Oasis Market will officially acquire TMON.
Oasis Market previously expressed its intent to acquire TMON in order to expand distribution channels for producers, especially in a market currently dominated by major conglomerates.
